(1) Rustic Wood Planked Tray Ceiling with Painted Wood Bed Frame
Such a unique way of finishing an otherwise modern tray ceiling. It looks like they planked the upper ceiling and tray walls and finished with a decorative molding around the edge of the tray. Notice the other accents like an oversize clock and large mirror leaned against the wall. The dark finish floor works well here with the lighter tones in the rugs and bed coverings. What do you think?
(2) Beige Platform Bed Frame With Dark Gray Accent Wall
This one could go modern or a little rustic with the addition of the woven rug under the bed. I think the designer has brought together several elements to give this one a more modern vibe.
(3) Rustic Steamer Trunks and Oversize Wall Mirrors
I love the color tones used with the furniture pieces oversize pillows and even the wood accents.
(4) Rustic Farmhouse Pickled White Finished Beams and Oversize Mirror
Here I was really drawn to the light airy colors. The pickled wood finishes are created by a brush and rub technique using a combination of 50% paint to 50% water. It works well to create an old world worn finish to the wood. If you attempt this process, keep in mind that you don’t have to use pure white paint. You could tint the walls and even use that same tone in the pickling wash finish.
(5) Bulky Wood Beam Bed Frame Tall Mirror and Ceiling Beams
I like how the designer used a bulky beam style raised platform under this bed and then combined a massive beam frame to the stand up mirror accent piece. Love the dark rug and how they pulled the same tones out in the comforter, pillows and accent rug. These ceiling beams are a pretty easy remodel add-on with some of the modern faux beam materials available today.

(6) Rustic Barnwood Plank Accent Wall with Dark Gray Furniture Finishes
The barnwood planking in this room can be put up in a weekend with the right materials and tools. From there I like the upholstered headboard and color coordinated bedding and pillows. The full length bench at the end of the bed works as a great place to finish getting ready and also hides the extra storage baskets below.
(7) Rustic Farmhouse Heavy Plank Barnwood Accent Wall
It looks like the design created a massive look to this feature wall with weathered finish planks and a well matched painting hung directly above the headboard. I like the combination of table lamps and rustic wall sconces to bring a warm inviting glow to the room.
(8) Dark Gray Accent Wall with Chunky Wood Furniture Set
This one reminds me a little more of French Country but they pull it off well with the plaid accents in both comforter and pillows. The rustic monogram over the nightstand gives it more of a farmhouse feel.
(9) White and Gray Combine with Wicker and Warm Wood Accents
Everything about this room speaks farmhouse. From the rustic door accent to the oversize candle lantern suspended from the wall. The cute little topiary on the nightstand to the wreath hung over the window above the bed both add nice touches to the room. Do you think they made good use of combining plaids with stripes in the rug? Color tones all come together to create a warm inviting feeling to the room.
(10) Split Barn Door Bathroom Access with Warm Accents
The diagonal wall bathroom door works perfect with split barn doors. I’ve used this design on a number of new homes in the past and it makes for easy bathroom access. Notice the 2 old chairs in place of a foot bench and the large lighted star replacing one bedside light. Very nice indeed!

(12) Industrial Concrete Ceiling with Rustic Plank Accent Wall and Flooring

(14) Split Barn Door Headboard with Matching Blanket Ladder
Love this headboard, I don’t think I’ve ever seen someone use such massive rustic doors and barndoor track as a headboard. Combine that with gloss painted over size crown molding and a wonderful collection of coordinated pillows and this room says “Rustic WOW” I liked how the blanket is woven into the ladder rungs to create a kind of art piece in itself.
(15) Blue Accent Wall with Oversize Wood Plank Wall Panel
So much texture going on here. From the unique quilting on the dark gray comforter and pillows to that special rug at the foot of the bed. They all work well with the deep blue accent wall paint and rustic horizontal farmhouse barn board headboard accent. The oversize art piece on the white main wall works well in this room.
(16) Rustic Back Wall with Wood Plank and Beam Ceiling
The designer created very weathered finishes to both ceiling and accent wall in this room. I love the massive metal and glass chandelier with its rusted metal finish and the warm inviting throws on the bed.

Simply stated wrought iron bed frame combines so well with the planked ceiling and barn door bathroom access.
(20) Beige and Gray in Harmony with Rustic Barn Wood
I’ve been seeing a common theme in many of the suites. Classic barn doors, this time painted a solid gray, combined with wood plank accent walls and lighter accenting colors. I like the confy looking chair over with the small writing desk complete with computer.

Heavy rustic pine bed frame meets modern double tray ceiling. I like how they make the room feel warm and inviting with an eclectic collection of throws and oversize pillows.
(24) Rustic Barn Door Headboard and Distressed Foot Bench
Everything about this room speaks rustic shabby chic charm. From the open slat barn door and track suspended as a headboard to the distressed finish bench at the foot of the bed. The eyes are drawn to the wardrobe in the far corner as well as the collection of inviting pillows on the bed.
